Three 60-minute sessions on one part of the transition, chosen at the start: deciding between directions, strengthening positioning that is not landing, correcting a search strategy that has become scattered, or preparing for a live opportunity. One question, worked to a resolution.

Career Recalibration
$600/month · 8 sessions approx. 4 months
The full engagement. We work through direction, positioning, materials, market strategy, interviews, and the adjustments the transition demands as it unfolds, with support between sessions throughout. Includes the Decision Profile Debrief. Pay in full ($2,400) or monthly.

We clarify the direction, translate the experience you already have, including the years that do not fit neatly on a CV, and create a practical path back into meaningful work. Without pretending the realities of mobility, family, and partnership do not exist.
