A focused engagement to get the stuck piece of your transition moving: one problem, three structured sessions, and a clean next move at the end.
“I don’t need months of coaching. I need to get this one thing right.”
A stalled transition has a running cost.
Every month of circling is a month of income not earned, or earned in the wrong role.
Every application sent with positioning that isn’t landing burns a contact you don’t get back.
The Intensive exists to stop that meter.
Three private 60-minute sessions, each with a defined outcome:
We identify what is actually happening, what has been tried, and what “resolved enough to move” looks like. We set the working agenda and your constraints, priorities, and non-negotiables, so you do not downshift out of fear or pressure. You leave with the plan for the month.
The deep work on your chosen focus: building decision criteria and testing your options, rebuilding your narrative and materials, mapping the targets worth your effort, or preparing for the live opportunity in front of you. You leave with the substance of the problem changed, not just discussed.
We consolidate the work into a decision or finished materials, then build a simple 14-day action plan: the conversations, outreach, applications, or moves that convert the month’s work into momentum. You leave knowing exactly what you are doing next, and why.
Depending on your focus: a decision made with written criteria you will reuse for years; a rebuilt professional narrative with your CV and LinkedIn reworked to carry it; a focused target map with outreach language and a list of what to stop doing; or full preparation for the opportunity in front of you, including your story bank and your walk-away line.
In every case: the stuck piece is no longer vague, and the 14-day plan is in your calendar.
Working with Mai, I was able to identify concrete methods and tools to strengthen and align my executive presence with my professional experience. This included identifying and addressing specific gaps that had time and time again held me back, whether in interviews or previous positions.
Set the fee against what the stuck piece costs: one extra month of a stalled transition costs a month of your income, and a negotiation entered unprepared leaves multiples of this fee on the table every year you hold the role. Getting this right is not the expensive part. Staying stuck is.
